While trying to make his sister's wedding day go smoothly, Jack finds himself juggling an angry ex-girlfriend, an uninvited guest with a secret, a; 6,4 / 10 star; director - Dean Craig. I thought this was gonna be a miss, but i pretty enjoyed it. it's not going to be a memorable rom-com, but it has its funny moments. i think the leads were pretty bland but the ensemble was pretty enjoyable. it wouldn't hurt to give this movie a chance, especially if you're looking for something light.
PS: olivia munn is so pretty in this i can't.
I had such high hopes this would be so funny and yet it was poorly written and there were huge plot holes. Imagine vaguely Inbetweeners-esque comedy, but they're now 30 and you're attending your mate's wedding. It's very British humour and for a certain generation - if you sit outside of that vertical I can understand the sub-par reviews. If however you do find someone being called with precision timing rather humorous, this will keep your well entertained for 100 minutes with plenty of laughs. 7/10. Laughable moments in between. But it's so slow, and you keep wondering what's the point.
If you're looking for light-hearted entertainment, this movie is for you. No, there is no complex plot, nor is it for everyone but there are truly parts that I found to be hilarious. Give it a try...

I was expecting OK, but found it to be a very enjoyable, well done rework of the original. Came away with smiles. PG rating is spot on. There are a few scenes that might be a bit intense for the little ones, but most kids over about 8 would probably enjoy it.
Aladdin 359. The magic carpet is my favorite character, for real. Aladdin cartoon. I've just watched the movie earlier, i highly recommend it! . As a remake, I would say the deviations from the original was well-thought of. I believe in the idea that films must represent social issues of the present and must deviate in the extreme views of the past. As this aladdin live-action goes way beyond that, I think it exceeded my expectations of what a live-action film of the classic should be like.
Of course, backward thinkers would still think that the animated classic is better. But as a fan of both disney's classics and the disney of today, I am very proud that their classic can be twisted, deviated and can even stand and teach lessons appropriate to the test of times.

A film by Guy Ritchie. this made me nervous having never directing anything but crime, and violence. Then I thought, hmm, Robert Rodriguez, Desperado, From Dusk Tull Dawn, Grindhouse. He also directed the spy kids franchise, so I took my 9 year old daughter to see Aladdin. Both being huge fan of the original animated movie (1992) I must say I was truly impressed. We watched in 3D, and from the first few scenes, I knew we were in for a treat. The cast was phenomenal, and yes, Will Smith is GOOD in this movie! Stuck to the plot, the music and singing phenomenal. Jasmine (Scott) steals the movie. So if you're a fan of the original, like myself, open your mind and go see it. (Especially if you have kids.

Give it a chance. My kind of fire just floats Love Emilia so much. Trailer is 1000x better than the movie literally wasted 2 hours of my life. Aaaaww... He's a charmer. Too sweet! Wife must be a wonderful person to make a wonderful man marry. This is actually a very interesting concept. I feel most studios would be too afraid to offend a community to do something like this but I'm happy Netflix is trying to make better stories with more interesting concepts.

I just watched the film without seeing the trailer beforehand and I can confirm that theres no point watching the film as the trailer basically shows the whole thing anyway. I see Sam Claflin, I click. Seriously they need to have another movie. they really look good together. I got excited when they talked about their other roles like who's gonna win . Why No one's talking about fantastic Background music. I love this movie to death it kind of reminds me of the movie Mean Girls❤️❤️❤️. 40 minutes in a character explains what they want and is willing to accept the cost of social awkwardness to advocate for themselves.
Every minute up until that point is filled with characters wishing that the perfect opportunity would fall into their laps while a narrator beats us over the head with simplistic doctrine about "chance." Chance isn't what caused the things in this movie to happen, characters with no backbone is what caused the things in this movie.

I don't know why people who don't like rom-coms are watching and rating rom-coms. It is a sweet film. Does it follow the formula? Yes, but if it didn't, it wouldn't be a romantic comedy. If you like a particular actor (from a series/other movie) but hate the genre, don't watch it. You quickly forget that you've seen at least three of them in violently gory scenes. You've got me there. OMG BRICK IS IN THIS FREAKING MOVIE, OMMGGGGGGG.
